"Had an ailing Franklin Electric SubDrive 75 well pump controller (water was shutting off on me in the shower, at least we discovered it Thursday AM rather than Saturday AM!). From prior experience I knew the Pentek IntelliDrive is a superb controller, went to their website and was directed to Graber’s (Champion?). Called them Thursday mid-day and spoke with Steve. He knew exactly what I was after and more importantly, they had it in stock. They showed up Friday afternoon, were done in less than an hour and we got exactly what we were looking for (a high performance variable frequency constant pressure pump controller). It is a rare thing these days when a company answers the phone (after you direct the robo-operator to the correct department), can answer your questions without a call back, tell you they have your back, have the product in stock and follow through precisely and timely (knowledgeable and concise). They have earned a lifetime customer because I know that the well pump will eventually fail and these folks are the ones who we will do business with. Very satisfied."
